Empty window

Hi
My KernelCad component is not working. The window is empty. Is it a subscription problem?

Your account looks OK.

The security system is relatively new, but we have many customers using it OK.
This would happen if the PC was offline for long time. Did you have messages about stale account?

Delete C:\ProgramData\KernelCAD\kc51_a.usp (Search for it if it is hidden) to refresh your PC state. It will be updated automatically when you restart any KC-based application. You will need to re-enter your email address. It would be good to stop for a minute any anti spam or firewall if you have one. It is likely that you have too stringent web access control.
