Problem moving an object

Hello
After installing 6.0 I have a problem with moving one of objects in our application. I could repeat this on pick sample: If you move the box to the left of the cylinder and try selection it again, selection does not work.
Do you have any suggestions?

It should be working in update 4883 or later
