Versions 4.3 or earlier run and support development on Win XP.
Unfortunately this has been dropped in v4.4. XP is not longer officially supported by Microsoft and there are other considerations, like costs of development and support. See also http://www.dynoinsight.com/phpBB3/viewt ... f=2&t=2903
