Currently we do not have it. Color is set per object. If you are asking about face selection color it is not customizable either. It is our omission. We will add it in 6.2. Get in touch if it is urgent. Or you could clone a face as a new entity with a small offset and set its color independently.
Per face color is relatively easy also, but it means some architecture change. We will see if there are more requests for that. This thread is fine for that.
