Note about bitness: the 32 vs 64 bit option below is related to bitness of the application you intend to build, not bitness of your operating system. Nearly all modern computers use 64 bit OS. They can run both 32 and 64 bit applications.
Double - click the .msi file. Ignore the warnings. On Windows 8 click "More Info" in the warning screen and select "Run anyway"
