IDraw_DG allows adding quickly simple entities following OpenGL syntax. Such entites are used normaly as auxiliary items. In other words
it is an interface to draw into a model
By default the entities created via Begin(); ...Vertex();...End(); are transient, i.e. they are not saved with the model,
which can be changed by calling SetTransient() prior the creation. See also Transient Flag

Sets the default Transient Flag for new entities. True is the default
